We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Malaysia.
- Lead the planning organization and delivery of mid-size data center construction projects.
- Manage project teams including direct reports and subcontractors ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
- Oversee project budgets schedules and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; drive cost-saving and revenue-increasing opportunities.
- Report project progress and financials to senior management.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 15 years of independent project management experience in construction preferably with data center or similar large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles engineering design and construction processes.
- Familiarity with local HSE regulations and quality standards in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Proven leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project environments.
