We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Malaysia.
Lead the planning organization and delivery of mid-size data center construction projects.
Manage project teams including direct reports and subcontractors ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
Oversee project budgets schedules and resource allocation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
Identify and mitigate project risks; drive cost-saving and revenue-increasing opportunities.
Report project progress and financials to senior management.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
15 years of independent project management experience in construction preferably with data center or similar large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of project management principles engineering design and construction processes.
Familiarity with local HSE regulations and quality standards in Malaysia and Singapore.
Proven leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project environments.
