Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Spiff Architect

This visionary role is responsible for the architectural integrity of the global ICM strategy leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem as a growth engine. The Principal Solutions Architect will manage Spiffs technical framework ensuring seamless integration with Sales Service CPQ and Data Clouds and design future-ready scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Design Spiff integration across Salesforce Clouds ensuring end-to-end solution orchestration.
Manage complex Spiff package configurations custom objects and advanced data mapping for calculation accuracy.
Establish architectural standards for effective dating audit trails (ASC 606) and automated claw backs.
Proactively oversee dependencies to ensure commission logic integrity during platform changes.
Evaluate emerging Salesforce features to build a next-gen compensation platform.
Lead design reviews and technical discovery sessions to translate business strategy into technical blueprints.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications and Core Competencies:
B.E or or MCA
Full Spiff lifecycle implementation and advanced analytics (What-If models predictive dashboards).
Expert in scalable Salesforce data schema design and Spiff connector optimization.
Preferred certifications: CTA/System Architect Platform Developer 2.
