Senior Solution Designer

Whats the Role:

Join our Date Engineering & Data Platform as a Senior Solution Designer .The Senior Solution Design function plays an important role in the development of solution designs defines interface contracts for the respective channels and ensures that they align with domain and project architectures.

The Role:

• Designing and architecting scalable robust and innovative solutions that address business needs and technical challenges.
• Setting the technical vision and direction and making strategic architectural and technology stack decisions.
• Working closely with product managers designers and other teams to understand requirements integrate components and align technical solutions.
• Serving as a subject matter expert and technical authority on complex problems driving discussions conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Leading and mentoring a team of developers providing guidance fostering professional growth and unblocking them when they face technical hurdles.
• Overseeing project implementation from definition to delivery including workload estimation setting standards and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Staying current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and maintain high standards for technical excellence.

What do I need

• Strong technical foundation in software development hardware networks and modern technologies with awareness of industry trends.
• Experience in microservices architecture DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise in systems integration legacy system migration APIs (Swagger/Postman) and ETL tools like Informatica.
• Proficiency in database design SQL interface design principles and batch processing/ETL pipelines.
• Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies while building strong relationships with architects and project teams.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in both packaged and custom-built software solutions.
