Join the team at Route 128 Honda as a Service Porter where you will play a key role in ensuring a great customer experience. This position involves welcoming customers assisting with vehicle movements and maintaining the service area to keep it organized and efficient. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a friendly helpful attitude this role is a perfect fit.
What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Move vehicles to designated areas within the service department and lot as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and parking lot.
- Assist service advisors and technicians as required to streamline operations.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company and safety policies.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely in various weather and lot conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
