We are searching for the best talent for Sr Supervisor Medical Excellence to be in Bogota Colombia.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the oversight of the Local Scientific External Engagement Plan and the Medical Affairs Strategic Plan identifying opportunities across Therapeutic Areas. Ensure alignment and governance of integrated evidence generation plans including local IEGP processes.
Orchestrate the implementation of Medical Affairs functional Onboarding and training programs fostering the evolution of functional capabilities at the Cluster level in close partnership with local Learning & Development (L&D).
Promote a culture of actionable insights by establishing robust process. Orchestrate cross-functional dissemination of it.
Provide strategic support to MSL Leaders in adopting agile tools to enhance field effectiveness.
Ensure alignment and governance of local and regional Medical Affairs Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure audit readiness and monitor the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) for Medical Affairs.
Streamline and standardize processes to improve efficiency ensure compliance and support scalability across functions.
Represent the Medical Affairs Cluster in interactions with regional teams including CoEs and Scientific Affairs
Act as the primary liaison between MAF and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) facilitating the agile adoption of regional tools and processes aiming to enhance the effectiveness quality and efficiency of local Medical Affairs operations.
Communicate clearly and effectively across all Medical Affairs levels the decision-making and drive the culture of solutions.
Qualifications:
Analytical skills - Data driven professional
3-5 years experience in Medical Excellence Data analytics commercial excellence roles.
Experience in Healthcare related operations is preferred
Business acumen and strategic thinking
Teamwork negotiation coaching and influencing skills able to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Deep scientific knowledge according to business/regulatory needs
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and motivate teams overseeing projects and initiatives to successful completion.
Ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement
