About the Role:
First step toward becoming an installer. Youll begin learning technical skills under the guidance of senior crew members.
Responsibilities:
- Measure materials
- Perform basic tool use
- Support install process under direction
- Apply safety procedures consistently
Advancement Opportunity:
- Demonstrate consistency with Level 1 install tasks
- Already knows how to place jobsite sign and call client
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
