Staff Nurse

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the team. As a registered nurse you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care promoting health education and supporting the healthcare team in delivering optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care Delivery: Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
  

• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical emotional and psychological needs. Monitor patient vital signs progress and response to treatment.
  

• Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments ensuring accuracy and monitoring for adverse reactions or side effects.
  

• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions treatment plans post-care instructions and preventive health measures.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with doctors specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless communication.
  

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records including care plans progress notes and incident reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  

• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections and ensure patient and staff safety.
  

• Crisis Management: Respond to emergency situations providing immediate and appropriate care and assisting in emergency procedures when necessary.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:
  

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
    

  • Registered Nurse license or eligible to apply for the license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as RN or EN
    

• Experience:
  

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
    

  • Specialized experience in areas such as ICU emergency pediatrics O&G NICU Oncology or geriatrics and etc.
    

• Skills & Competencies:
  

  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
    

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
    

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare-related software systems.
    

  • Knowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and standards.
    

• Other Requirements:
  

  • Ability to work shifts including nights weekends and public holidays.
