Job Summary
UI/UX Designer
Were looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape our cutting-edge loadboard product for the supply chain this role youll be instrumental in creating intuitive user-centered experiences that bring clarity to complex features. Youll collaborate closely with business owners and cross-functional teams to design impactful solutions that truly serve our users.
Experience in supply chain or related domains is a strong plus.
Requirements
What Youll Do
Design intuitive scalable user experiences for a complex supply chain product
Own and contribute to the evolution of our design system
Translate complex workflows into clear usable interfaces
Collaborate closely with product engineering and business stakeholders
Advocate for users by continuously infusing user insights into product decisions
Support definition of project requirements user stories success metrics and acceptance criteria
Stay informed about competitive products user needs and industry trends
Connect the right stakeholders at the right time to drive product success
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing interface and product design work
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of UX principles interaction design and product thinking
Experience collaborating with UI/front-end development teams to bring designs to production
Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a hybrid work environment
A proactive curious and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Interest or experience in supply chain services logistics technology or trading (nice to have)
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of storytelling through design
