Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads to drive traffic leads and conversions. This role manages ad budgets audience targeting and performance analysis while supporting basic SEO initiatives such as keyword research and on-page optimization. The specialist works closely with sales content and design teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage ad budgets placements bidding strategies and campaign scheduling to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research to support both paid campaigns and basic SEO strategies.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR CPC CPA ROAS) and optimize ads based on data insights.
Create and test ad creatives copy and landing page alignment in collaboration with design teams.
Implement audience targeting retargeting and lookalike strategies across platforms.
Track conversions and performance using tools such as Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
Support basic SEO activities including on-page optimization keyword placement and content recommendations.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with advertising policies platform updates and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications
Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of ad budget management bidding strategies and placements.
Knowledge of basic SEO principles keyword research and on-page optimization.
Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
