Job Summary
Our client is seeking to recruit Field Territory Trade Marketers Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) Products to support operations across the following multiple regions.
Regions & Bases:
- South Rift Kisii / Kericho
- North Rift Eldoret
- Central Nyeri
- Lake Kisumu
- Nairobi Thika / Baba Dogo
- Coast Mombasa
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of HPC brand strategies across assigned territory
- Ensure product availability visibility and promotion compliance
- Manage distributors and coordinate field teams to achieve sales and distribution targets
- Conduct regular market audits and provide timely reports to management
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- 25 years experience in FMCG field sales or trade marketing specifically Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) products
- Experience managing distributors and a minimum of 10 field staff per territory
- Strong knowledge of general trade execution in-store visibility POSM deployment and promo compliance
- Proven track record in territory ownership and growth
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
- Ability and willingness to work extensively in the field
