La risorsa ricercata è un* Account Manager che verrà inserit*con lobiettivo di presidiare le relazioni commerciali con i clienti in portafoglio e contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo del business.

Principali attività:

Gestione sviluppo e mantenimento del portafoglio clienti assegnato;
Attività di upselling volte ad anticipare le esigenze dei clienti e identificare nuove opportunità di crescita del business;
Attività di retention dedicate;
Raggiungimento target e obiettivi di sviluppo;
Supporto e partecipazione attiva al monitoraggio della customer satisfaction dei clienti;
Analisi e monitoraggio dei risultati di vendita e andamento portafoglio.
