About the Role:
Were seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by building strategic partnerships with builders architects real estate developers and construction sector stakeholders for a premium modular kitchen and wardrobe brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors through networking cold calling and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders developers architects and real estate brokers
- Conduct needs assessment and develop tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline lead tracking follow-ups and deal closure
- Utilize negotiation skills to convert leads into profitable business partnerships
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and business development progress
Requirements

- 47 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in construction real estate or interior sectors
- Strong network within the construction and real estate community (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
