About the Role:
Were seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by building strategic partnerships with builders architects real estate developers and construction sector stakeholders for a premium modular kitchen and wardrobe brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors through networking cold calling and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders developers architects and real estate brokers
  • Conduct needs assessment and develop tailored proposals in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipeline lead tracking follow-ups and deal closure
  • Utilize negotiation skills to convert leads into profitable business partnerships
  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and business development progress


Requirements

  • 47 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in construction real estate or interior sectors
  • Strong network within the construction and real estate community (highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated target-driven and results-oriented

  • Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
