Orthopedic inpatient rounding

Fracture and trauma management support

Postoperative care coordination

OR assistance as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Idaho NP license required; compact licensure acceptable

Board: Certified Nurse Practitioner

Certifications: As required by facility

Experience: Orthopedic surgery and inpatient rounding experience required

Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable with charting and rounding independently in Epic

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide orthopedic surgery coverage in the operating room and inpatient setting

Round on orthopedic and trauma patients and manage postoperative care

Participate in limited evening call coverage as scheduled

Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons nursing staff and care teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Epic EMR system
