This position is responsible for coordinating multiple projects of various disciplines from project estimation through to project completion which includes processing and evaluating project leads bidding and securing new projects closely monitor project schedule budget and resource allocation obtaining necessary permits and effective communication with clients subcontractors and WSC superintendents and management.
Requirements
Lead multiple concurrent construction projects from initiation to close-out. Prepare manage and track project schedules budgets and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with construction superintendents subcontractors and field crews to ensure work is completed on time on budget and to specification. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop accurate cost estimates for civil residential and commercial projects. Preferred bachelors degree in construction management and/or 5 years of construction project management in civil residential and commercial projects Proficient in MS Office Adobe/Bluebeam HCSS HeavyBid/Job.
