Job Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team and advocate for workers whose rights have been violated. This attorney will represent clients in all stages of litigation including but not limited to wrongful termination discrimination harassment retaliation and wage and hour violations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator strategic thinker and dedicated advocate who thrives in a collaborative and goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of employment litigation including case strategy discovery and motion practice
Represent clients in court mediations depositions and arbitrations advocating effectively at each stage
Draft clear and compelling legal documents including pleadings motions briefs and settlement agreements
Communicate effectively and frequently with clients opposing counsel and courts
Manage caseload independently while collaborating with other attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

Active member of the California State Bar in good standing (required).
Minimum 35 years of experience in employment litigation or related civil litigation.
Strong knowledge of California labor and employment law including FEHA CFRA FMLA and wage and hour regulations.
Excellent legal research writing and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to manage a robust caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Salary Ranger: $100000 $250000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
