About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager youll be joining an energetic collaborative team that loves what they do. Your focus is delivering exceptional customer service while meeting personal and team sales targets.
Using your friendly and professional approach youll guide customers through product options provide accurate advice and offer solutions that help close the sale. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients will be essential in achieving (and exceeding) your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable advice on automotive parts and components
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone email and in person
- Process quotes orders and sales using the in-house system
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support team targets and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Assist with stock control ordering and general store duties
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of staff and customers
- Computer-savvy with the ability to learn quoting ordering and POS systems
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
- Professional personal presentation
Parts interpreting experience is highly regarded. However candidates with a background as a Service Advisor or those with mechanical trade experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
