Preschool Positions (Part-Time):Teacher Aide

School Year

St. Michael Catholic School in Snohomish WA is seeking qualified applicants for part-time Preschool positionsfor the school year including a Preschool Teacher Aide. We are looking for caring energetic educators who love working with young children and desire to support their academic social-emotional and spiritual growth in a faith-filled candidates are warm dependable and collaborative with a heart for early childhood education and strong partnerships with families.

Preschool Teacher Aide (Part-Time)

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the lead teacher with classroom routines transitions and supervision
Assisting with learning centers small-group activities and hands-on lessons
Supporting students social-emotional development and positive behavior
Helping maintain a clean safe and welcoming classroom environment
Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure consistency and care
Supporting the Catholic identity and mission of St. Michael Catholic School

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting (preferred)
Patient attentive and nurturing approach to working with children
Ability to follow direction while taking initiative when needed
Dependable flexible and team-oriented

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $17.50 $19.00 based on experience internal equity and role responsibilities
