We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Lead to design and deliver initiatives that elevate capability strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience across our organisation. Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture this role will partner closely with leaders to shape the workforce of the future.

What youll be doing:

  • Shape and embed our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the full employee lifecycle
  • Conduct organisational and culture diagnostics and translate insights into practical solutions
  • Develop and implement OD frameworks including leadership capability values and behaviours
  • Lead and support change management plans for key organisational initiatives including implementation and optimisation of HR systems.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops capability programs and team effectiveness sessions
  • Champion initiatives that improve culture engagement inclusion and employee experience
  • Strengthen people processes such as performance capability frameworks and career pathways
  • Provide meaningful analytics insights and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Partner with P&C Business Partners and leaders as a trusted OD advisor

What youll bring:

  • Strong experience in Organisational Development Culture Change or related P&C fields
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering OD or change programs
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with EVP development organisational design culture insights or capability frameworks
  • A strategic mindset with strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
  • Qualifications in HR OD Psychology Business or related field (preferred)
