The opportunity:

We are looking for a hands-on leader with a solid engineering or heavy fabrication background. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside long-standing team members support the Engineering Department Manager and help drive safety quality and constructive changes in our busy workshop.

In this role you will:

Support and motivate a seasoned crew of professionals.
Ensure safety and deliver high-quality work every day.
Co-ordinate resources job scheduling estimating quoting and rostering.
Handle customer enquiries and internal communication in a timely manner and with a professional approach reflecting Fulton Hogans core values.
Champion a positive respectful culture.
