Job Summary

The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a qualified BeWell Administrative Coordinator.This PRN position will coordinate and conduct needs assessment and evaluation processes and report outcomes to DBHDS.

Essential Functions

  • Develops and tracks outcome measures and provides quarterly updates to the BeWellVa committee.
  • Collaborates with the Region IV BeWellVa Suicide Prevention Committee Regional Mobile Crisis Director Regional REACH Director and Regional Crisis Call Center staff to conduct an ongoing needs assessment of the region regarding suicide prevention services and programming.
  • Integrates data into annual action planning program implementation and social media/marketing campaigns.
  • Develops and implements the Region IV Suicide Prevention Annual Plan in close collaboration with the BeWellVa Suicide Prevention Committee.
  • Regularly reviews RSPI Action Plan and updates BeWellVa Committee on progress.
  • Plans promotes and coordinates suicide prevention events summits and forums.
  • Ensures that information is gathered and appropriately interpreted for required financial and programmatic reports.
  • Serves as a liaison to DBHDS regarding funding and reporting as needed.
  • Coordinates BeWellVa Committee correspondence and communication.
  • Utilize the BeWellVa logic model and action plan at each meeting to orient participants to progress and priorities.
  • Update and maintain a shared google drive to ensure shared access to all document.
  • Schedule and plan agenda for meetings.
  • Hold individual CSBs accountable for deliverables such as updating the events calendar updates to the web site etc.
  • Share timely and detailed meeting minutes that includes discussion points and outcomes/decisions.
  • Provides oversight of RSPI vendor contracts.
  • Serve as the liaison between contractor and BeWellVa committee members.
  • Coordinate expenditures of regional funds including grant funds with oversight from Region IV fiscal agent.
  • Ensure contractor provides monthly reports regarding analytics for BeWellVa Committee meetings.
