Job Summary
Salesforce Business Analyst
Full time remote position
Must be available to work US East Coast business hours.
About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to help translate business needs into clear actionable Salesforce this role youll lead discovery sessions document requirements and collaborate closely with stakeholders the architect and admins to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Youll also take ownership of small projects from initial scoping through final delivery. If you enjoy problem-solving organizing complex information and serving as the bridge between business and technical teams this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand business goals challenges and workflows.
- Translate insights into clear business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain process maps that bring clarity to how the business operates.
- Partner with the architect and admins to support the creation of scalable user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
- Manage small projects from discovery through delivery keeping teams aligned and informed.
- Facilitate testing collect feedback and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
- Coordinate timelines tasks and communications across teams to keep initiatives moving smoothly.
