Own and continuously optimize Scarlets core compliance processes including competence management and certification.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and build scalable tools for efficient auditable regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate:

Proven ability to translate complex regulatory and standards requirements into operational systems and processes.
Experience in owning operating and continuously optimizing core compliance processes within a regulated environment.
Strong collaborative skills working effectively with engineering product regulatory and commercial teams.
