Role
- Advise companies shareholders investors and funders at all stages of the corporate life cycle on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters
- Currently biased towards the Technology and Life Sciences sectors across the transatlantic markets
- 8 years PQE
- Experienced in negotiating drafting and reviewing agreements of all types
- Advise on technology licensing transfer and collaboration arrangements for information life sciences and other technologies
- Have an entrepreneurial passion and deliver responsive representation
