About the role

Join a brand-new construction waste recovery facility in Hemmant. Youll manually sort demolition materials on a conveyor line in a fast-paced dusty environment. This role suits reliable workers who are physically fit safety-focused and ready for consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand-sorting construction and demolition waste on conveyor lines
• Removing timber steel concrete and recyclables
• Shovelling and maintaining material flow
• General plant clean-up and basic maintenance
• Following strict site safety and PPE requirements

Qualifications / Experience Required

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Comfortable working in dusty environments
• Able to wear a P2 mask (clean-shaven or willing)
• Reliable transport for early or afternoon starts
• Own PPE: boots hi-vis gloves eye protection hard hat
• Able to pass drug & alcohol test and physical assessment
• LF Forklift licence highly regarded

Whats on offer

• AM Shift: 4:45am1:00pm $35.60/hr penalties super
• PM Shift: 1:45pm10:00pm $40.94/hr penalties super
• Monday to Friday with consistent hours
• Overtime opportunities available
