General Summary:
The Mid-Market Business Development Representative role is a part of the Global Sales team and is accountable for client satisfaction and all aspects of the total client relationship and experience with Mood as well as executing upon the companys strategies and initiatives. This role is responsible for expanding Moods market share and revenue through multi-site sales. The Mid-Market BDR position secures net-new strategic mid-market accounts and drives significant expansion across Moods established portfolio through prospecting negotiating and closing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for system-wide adoption.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify research and prospect net-new national and regional brands that meet the minimum ten-plus to 100 locations criteria utilizing cold outreach networking and executive engagement.
- Lead complex sales cycles to secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for system-wide adoption of Moods services across the New Logos network.
- Structure negotiate and finalize complex large-scale contracts with C-level decision-makers focusing on securing both E&L and long-term RMR for all current and future locations.
- Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers within existing Mood client accounts to uncover opportunities for system-wide upgrades or service expansion to five or more new/remaining locations.
- Develop and articulate a compelling business case to existing clients for expanding Mood services across their entire footprint to drive brand consistency and operational efficiency across their multi-site environment.
- Upon deal closure work closely with the dedicated Account Director and Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition and successful system-wide rollout across all locations.
- Maintain up to date records and accurate pipeline forecasting for both New Logo and Portfolio Expansion opportunities in SFDC.
- Serve as the internal voice of the target franchisor market collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Generate quotes agreements and proposals for deployments adhering strictly to Moods defined sales procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Qualifications:
College degree (4-year) or Equivalent Experience: 5 years of successful hunter sales experience with demonstrated track record of closing net-new logos in multi site/enterprise sales; B2B SaaS Media or Service or related industry is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent relationship building skills and comfort initiating contact with potential customers
- Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations and secure favorable long-term contracts across multiple client sites
- Demonstrated history of consistent client retention and building of existing client base
