Our plaintiff-side employment practice is expanding rapidly and we are looking for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career representing employees in discrimination harassment retaliation wrongful termination and whistleblower matters.

This role offers robust litigation experience in a supportive environment where your voice and perspective matter.

What Youll Do

• Support case evaluation strategy development and legal research
• Draft complaints discovery meet-and-confer letters motions and briefs
• Participate in depositions mediations and settlement conferences with partner guidance
• Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals
• Assist with preparing cases for hearings settlement or trial
• Collaborate closely with partners paralegals and intake team members
• Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes

Who You Are

• Recent law school graduate or early-career attorney
• Licensed in Nevada or awaiting bar results
• Excellent writing research and analytical skills
• Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients
• Organized adaptable and eager to grow
• Experience in employment law (internships/clinics) a plus
