Position Overview
A Corporate Associate Attorney with 4 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation is sought to support a sophisticated corporate services practice. This role involves advising on complex benefit and compensation matters within transactional and corporate contexts including mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include reviewing employee benefit and executive compensation plans in M&A transactions; assisting with the design implementation and ongoing advising of benefit and compensation programs; drafting and reviewing complex corporate and transactional documents; managing multiple matters independently while collaborating closely with senior attorneys; supporting business development efforts; and maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a JD and an active bar license in good standing with at least 4 years of relevant law firm experience. Strong analytical communication and organizational skills are required along with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Additional Information
This is an in-office role with less than 10% travel and includes indirect supervision of support staff or junior associates.
