Were now looking for dynamic Product Sales Specialists to join our North America Solution-Led Sales Team within Adobe Digital Advertising Learning & Publishing (DALP). In this role youll champion Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) our award-winning learning platform recognized in the Forrester Wave: LMS & LXP Q1 2024.

This is more than a sales role. Its an opportunity to shape how organizations skill their people partners and customers at scale. Your success will not only accelerate Adobes growth in the enterprise skilling space but also open doors to strategic account roles within Adobe digital learning & Publishing business.

What Youll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Relationship Building & Influence: Strong ability to network with senior industry leaders influence key decision-makers and build trusted customer relationships.
  • Drive $400K$600K annual bookings by crafting and executing smart account strategies.
  • Unlock opportunities for Adobe Learning Manager within a defined set of target accounts.
  • Generate pipeline through creative prospecting across LinkedIn email calls and digital outreach.
  • Build trusted executive partnerships to drive workforce transformation across employees and the extended enterprise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Adobe Digital Experience field teams Solutions Engineering Customer Success and Services to maximize impact.
  • Deliver outcome-driven presentations that resonate with decision-makers and influence action.
  • Leverage insights audits and case studies to guide customers toward bold transformative decisions.
  • Negotiate effectively at the C-suite level influencing high-stakes outcomes.
  • Maintain precision in sales execution through disciplined pipeline management forecasting and opportunity tracking.

What You Need to Succeed

  • SaaS / Learning Tech Sales Expertise: 5 years of experience selling SaaS or learning management solutions preferably to US clients with a proven track record in complex enterprise sales.
  • Sales Performance: Consistent achievement of $500K annual sales targets with strong organizational negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Communication & Presence: Excellent communication skillsactive listening persuasive speaking and clear writingcombined with positive energy and executive presence.
  • Prospecting & Customer Acquisition: Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers through smart prospecting leveraging cold calling LinkedIn and outbound campaigns.
  • Analytical Approach: Skilled in using data and analysis to evaluate customer relationships identify opportunities and shape account strategies.
  • Learning Tech Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with LMS LXP content authoring tools and integration with relevant learning platforms.
  • Understanding of Learning Trends: Knowledge of customer education micro-learning and AI-driven personalization.
  • Sales Methodologies: Proficiency in frameworks such as MEDDICC Challenger and value-based selling.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha Outreach and other prospecting platforms.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Able to work effectively across functions engaging in the right resources at the right time.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Highly motivated and resilient with the ability to thrive and pivot quickly in fast-paced environments.
