Job Summary

Are you passionate about home care and looking for an opportunity to grow with a dedicated team We are seeking aFull-Time Office Manager to join our expanding home care company. This role offers a dynamic work environment where youll manage daily office operations while providing excellent service to clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

Manage caregiver scheduling and placement via Wellsky Platform to ensure proper coverage for all clients needs.

Manage Lead follow-up and client relations to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Oversee caregiver recruitment hiring and onboarding to ensure the best talent is placed with our clients.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients families and caregivers ensuring all needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize your caregiving experience to better match clients with caregivers understanding both sides of the equation.
  • Provide on-call phone coverage during office hours to address any urgent matters or scheduling changes.
  • Offer call-out shift coverage at potential additional pay and resolve last-minute scheduling issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate records for both caregivers and clients.
  • Work with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

Requirements:

6 months current or recent Home Care agency office management or training experience required. Related industry experience considered.

  • WellSky / Clear Care scheduling management experienceis strongly preferred.
  • Caregiving experience is strongly preferred whether as a direct caregiver or in a related role. This experience will provide valuable insight into the caregiving process and improve interactions with both clients and caregivers.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help others.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Hireology software platform and caregiver recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle on-call phone coverage and occasional weekend shifts as needed.
