Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Waco. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with patients in their homes providing personalized care and helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and other interventions to address patient goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility and function.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience in a home health setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
