We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our team in Levallois-Perret this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our organizations HR processes and data management needs.
- Administer and maintain HRIS platforms ensuring data accuracy integrity and security
- Develop and generate reports dashboards and analytics to support HR decision-making
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements and implement HRIS solutions
- Manage HRIS projects including system upgrades integrations and new feature implementations
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Analyze HR data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation including user guides and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems
- Stay up-to-date with HRIS trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or related field
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations including GDPR
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HRIS certifications (e.g. HRIP SHRM-CP) preferred
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of French is a plus
