Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our team in Levallois-Perret this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our organizations HR processes and data management needs.

Administer and maintain HRIS platforms ensuring data accuracy integrity and security
Develop and generate reports dashboards and analytics to support HR decision-making
Collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements and implement HRIS solutions
Manage HRIS projects including system upgrades integrations and new feature implementations
Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
Analyze HR data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain HRIS documentation including user guides and standard operating procedures
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems
Stay up-to-date with HRIS trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or related field
3-5 years of experience in HRIS or related field
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience with SQL and database management
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Understanding of data privacy and security regulations including GDPR
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
HRIS certifications (e.g. HRIP SHRM-CP) preferred
Fluency in English required; knowledge of French is a plus
