- Support the execution of the Attraction and Engagement strategy reporting to the Attraction and Engagement Manager.
- Provide operational support for either a North or South portfolio encompassing multiple cities and offices while collaborating closely with universities and high schools throughout those regions.
- Support the delivery and execution on the attraction and engagement strategy to effectively targetattractandretainhigh-calibre Graduates Vacationers and Trainees from diverse backgrounds across multiple regions.
- Establish and manage relationships with high schoolsuniversitiesand vendors across multiple regions to enhance brand visibility and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Experience within managing high schooluniversityand society relationships (preferred).
- Experience in event management and facilitation (preferred).
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written communication.
