Were excited to expand our team with a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving growth across our digital channels. This individual will own and execute performance-driven digital strategies while managing and mentoring a small team optimizing campaigns and partnering cross-functionally to elevate Cozy Earths online presence and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute Cozy Earths digital marketing strategy across paid search paid social display and emerging digital channels
• Manage mentor and develop two digital marketing team members providing clear direction feedback and growth opportunities
• Plan launch and optimize full-funnel campaigns focused on acquisition conversion and retention
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to drive insights optimize spend and improve ROI
• Collaborate closely with Creative Retention Web and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
• Manage agency and platform partners as needed (Meta Google affiliates etc.)
• Stay current on digital marketing trends platform updates and best practices to keep Cozy Earth competitive
• Support testing and experimentation initiatives to continuously improve performance and scalability
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in digital or performance marketing preferably in eCommerce or DTC
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Meta TikTok etc.) and performance metrics
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth-stage environment
• Experience with budgeting forecasting and performance reporting is a plus
