Established in 2018 GrabAds is an integrated advertising solutions platform that helps advertisers reach and engage audiences across the Grab ecosystem. Through in-app ads branding solutions and product sampling advertisers connect with millions of users across Southeast Asia.
The Sales Enablement (SE) team equips GrabAds and Commercial teams with the tools content and training they need to sell with confidence. You will work with teammates across Singapore Malaysia Thailand Vietnam the Philippines Indonesia and other emerging markets in Asia.
Get to Know the Role
The Sales Enablement teams vision is Driving Sales Excellence across GrabAds. You will help build a team that knows how to position GrabAds solutions use the right tools and drive revenue growth.
You will report to the Sales Enablement Program Manager and partner closely with the Product Sales and other commercial teams. You turn product launches into clear sales narratives build training and playbooks and lead Sales Enablement activities for Singapore while keeping regional priorities in mind.
This is a fully onsite role at Singapores One North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will:
- Lead go-to-market execution for new GrabAds products and solutions from defining target audiences and use cases to outlining how front-line teams should position the offering.
- Create and maintain sales narratives and collateral (value propositions pitch decks FAQs objection-handling guides talk tracks) for GrabAds and Commercial teams across the region.
- Project manage product and feature launches including aligning Product and Business stakeholders on rollout phases timelines and expectations and coordinating with country teams on execution.
- Develop and roll out integrated sales playbooks that combine GrabAds with complementary Grab solutions making it clear when and how to bundle or cross-sell.
- Design and deliver Ads enablement programs (live training e-learning modules Sales Hub / Seismic pages) that drive product adoption and measurable proficiency across sales teams.
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled tools (e.g. Jarvis for Ads campaign planning tools end-of-campaign insights reporting) and define clear use cases for sales teams.
- Use quantitative data (usage metrics win rates training completion assessment scores) and qualitative feedback to evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Lead all Sales Enablement initiatives for Singapore including identifying local gaps translating regional programs into local plans and ensuring strong adoption of Seismic and other enablement platforms.
- Act as the main point of contact for Singapore Sales leadership maintaining a two-way feedback loop on enablement needs and reporting on how enablement activities influence team KPIs and key projects.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Digital advertising knowledge
- 3 years of experience in digital advertising ad tech media or a closely related field.
- Working knowledge of how advertisers plan buy and measure campaigns (e.g. awareness vs. performance objectives basic targeting attribution/measurement).
- Experienced in translateing product and campaign metrics into clear value stories for advertisers and sales teams.
- Sales enablement / commercial content development
- Experience creating sales-facing materials such as value propositions pitch decks playbooks FAQs and objection-handling guides.
- Experienced in turning product features into simple customer-focused narratives and use cases.
- Training design and delivery
- Experience planning and delivering training for commercial or customer-facing teams (e.g. classroom virtual workshops or e-learning).
- Experienced in breaking complex concepts into clear learning objectives and assess proficiency (quizzes certifications or similar).
- Project and stakeholder management
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects with clear timelines milestones and owners.
- Experience working with Product and Country/Regional Commercial teams to align on priorities and manage trade-offs.
- Data usage for enablement impact
- Define basic success metrics for enablement (e.g. content usage training completion assessment scores sales outcomes tied to initiatives).
- Experience pulling and interpreting data from dashboards or reports and summarizing insights into clear recommendations.
- Tools and platforms
- Experience working with at least one enablement or content management platform (e.g. Seismic Highspot Showpad or similar) to publish and organize sales content.
- Familiarity with common sales or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or similar) to understand sales workflows and how enablement fits into them.
