You will join SEEKs APAC Talent & Capability team as an Employee Insights Consultant. You will turn employee listening and learning data into clear insights. You will report to the Head of Learning & Development. You will support work across the broader Talent & Capability function. This is an individual contributor role based in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with team members based in Melbourne.
Success in 612 months looks like smooth survey delivery trusted reporting and better decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bi-annual engagement surveys end-to-end from setup to launch
- Configure and test the survey platform monitor live issues troubleshoot fast
- Analyse survey results produce standard reports support deeper analysis
- Manage onboarding and offboarding surveys and integrated listening insights
- Build dashboards and maintain data for learning program evaluation metrics
- Administer core T&C systems support UAT and resolve system issues
- Coordinate L&D project timelines track milestones escalate risks early
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in HR Org Psych Business or related field plus 23 years experience
- Experience running employee engagement surveys in large organisations (ideal)
- Strong Excel skills including Power Query and Power BI capability
- Proven analytics skills turning people data into decision-ready insights
- Project management experience across setup reporting and communications
- Experience with LMS or learning technology platforms (preferred)
