Job Summary
Job Description
- Support lead generation activities by preparing prospect lists and maintaining lead databases
- Identify trends early warning signals for churn and potential upsell indicators based on data analysis
- Support ad-hoc data requests and performance reviews
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information for reporting and analysis
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas basic data analysis)
- Business Administration
- Basic understanding of sales or customer lifecycle concepts
- Detail-oriented organised and comfortable working with data
- English Mandarin Malay
