Job Summary
- Database support and monitoring - Maintain internal databases using SQL ensuring data is accurate and accessible for commercial teams
- Dashboard and report management - Update and manage Tableau dashboards and deliver regular weekly and monthly reports for Sales Operations and Marketing
- Ad-hoc analysis - Respond to data requests and conduct analysis to answer urgent business questions
- Data quality assurance - Monitor data accuracy and flag any issues that could impact reporting or decision-making
- Stakeholder partnership - Work with commercial teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
- Trend identification and insights - Analyze data to spot patterns and trends that could inform business decisions
- Process documentation - Document analytical processes and suggest improvements to make workflows more efficient
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis business analytics or related roles
- Proficiency in SQL Excel (including complex formulas and pivot tables) and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of descriptive statistics and business performance metrics
- Ability to navigate database structures and maintain dashboards for stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple effective manner to diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Self-motivated team player with adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous exposure to sales operations or commercial teams
- Basic knowledge of Python R or other analytical programming languages
- Understanding of the Indonesian business environment
- Experience in technology or online businesses
