What youll be doing:
- Coordinating new fund launches across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Managing set-up of funds brokers and trading lines on internal applications
- Supporting onboarding of OTC FX and Repo brokers to meet trading deadlines
- Maintaining accurate records of mandate launches and trading documentation
- Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with custodians and counterparties
- Monitoring and improving processes controls and risk management within onboarding
- Assisting with custodian migrations and account openings in emerging markets
- Contributing to projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
Qualifications :

- Strong technical investment knowledge and understanding of operational processes
- Proven experience in coordinating complex projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and external partners
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in spreadsheets including lookup and reference formulas
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to multi-task in a changing environment
- Ideally educated to degree level; IMC qualification would be advantageous
