Job Summary
Scrum Master & Agile Support SuperSquad IAA T-IBD Datacenter
Role Summary
We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and support the SuperSquad team in delivering high-quality solutions. This role focuses on enabling team collaboration removing impediments and fostering an agile mindset across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum Sprint Planning Review and Retrospective.
- Remove impediments and support the teams self-organization.
- Coach the team in agile practices and foster continuous improvement.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Ensure transparency of goals progress and quality standards.
- Encourage and promote an agile mindset within the team and the organization.
Qualifications :
Scrum Master Key Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Proficient German language skills.
- Experience with Jira.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in agile team coaching.
- Excellent communication and moderation skills.
- Ability to remove impediments and foster team self-organization.
- Servant leadership mindset.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Solid understanding of software development processes.
- Experience in scaled agile environments (e.g. SAFe).
- Background in application development or software engineering.
