Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations and staff schedules
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Train coach and support bartenders and bar staff
Monitor beverage quality presentation and consistency
Manage stock levels ordering and inventory control
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
Support cash handling POS usage and end-of-shift reconciliations
Assist management with reports and operational improvements
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a bartender or bar supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of beverages cocktails and bar operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health & safety and licensing regulations
Flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Standing for long periods and handling busy service times
