Looking for a passionate Intern to support customers online via Renesas Engineering Community and private ticketed system (myRenesas) on our popular digital product families: problem solving issues in a timely manner and providing technical responses to customers.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide technical responses to customers who post questions online.
- Feedback common issues / requests into the Business Unit as requirements for improvements / additions in documentation / Software / Tools etc.
- Debug & guide customers issues in a timely manner: replicating issues and where appropriate coordinating response with Sales / Applications Teams WW.
- Work with the Factory Application Teams WW for next level (L2) escalations for specialist support.
- Help moderating the online community.
Internship is 4 - 6 Month
Qualifications :
- Masters/Bachelors from Computer Science / Engineering Course or equivalent in relevant discipline
- C programming know-how and experience in developing SW in embedded platforms
- Familiar with typical IDEs & tool chains (e.g. Keil/IAR/ Eclipse based etc.) & debuggers.
- Familiar with 16/32 bit MCU architectures (Arm Cortex M preferred).
- Experience in typical hardware peripherals and drivers
Any university project is a great advantage!
Nice to have (big advantage if you have any of them)
- SW/HW debugging techniques
- Any Operating Systems (e.g. FreeRTOS Azure OS etc.)
- Any security experience
- Any analogue mixed signal experience
- Any Operating Systems (e.g. FreeRTOS Azure OS etc.)
