Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain accurate employee records HR systems and personnel files in line with data protection requirements
- Support absence management processes including recording absences monitoring trends and preparing reports
- Draft HR correspondence and documentation including contracts offer letters absence letters and standard employee communications
- Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers escalating complex issues as appropriate
- Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a positive employee experience
- Support performance management talent development and succession planning processes
Strategic Reporting & Process Improvement Support
- Support the delivery of HR initiatives aligned with business and people strategy
- Assist in preparing HR data reports and insights to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives surveys and action planning
- Support the development review and implementation of HR policies procedures and guidance
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes documentation and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Support the implementation of process improvements including updating templates workflows and guidance materials
- Participate in HR projects audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related discipline
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards a CIPD qualification (desirable)
- Previous administrative placement or internship experience is beneficial but not essential
