Lincoln Orthodontics is a 500 google rated 5* specialist orthodontic referral clinic a purely private practice recently nominated at the Private Dentistry Awards 2024 in 3 categories: Best Referral Practice Patient Care and Best Practice.  In addition the team were also nominated for Orthodontic Practice of the Year at the Clinical Dentistry Awards 2024 and have won multiple awards with Dental Monitoring including winning the all-out Gold Standard Award at the Dental Monitoring conference in Edinburgh 2024.

Specialist Orthodontist Matthew Clare established the practice in 2005 and the clinic has built a fantastic reputation over the years winning multiple national and international awards for clinical excellence in the field of fixed braces as well as for aligners.  Lincoln Orthodontics has been honoured to feature twice on the BBC.

A busy practice where generations of families have returned to ensure their children receive the same high-quality treatment they did.  The team also receives a high volume of GDPs referrals due to the long NHS waiting list in the region high demand for treatment and trusted referral partnerships.

We can offer:

• We can offer from 1 up to 3 days per week a private role with busy diaries
• When you join Matthew and the 20 team you join a highly skilled and experienced practice which offers a seamless patient journey.  This includes a dedicated New Patient Coordinator 2 onsite Treatment Coordinators 2 Orthodontic Therapists 1 of which has been within the practice for 12 years and the other progressed and trained internally
• The Practice Manager is from a clinical background and is a specialist orthodontic PM now having been with the practice 10 years she is also a representative for the head office Practice Manager Forum a team dedicated to best practice and continuous improvement across the group
• There is also an onsite Hygienist to support patients with their good oral hygiene before entering into treatment during treatment and beyond
• The clinic has 4 surgeries plus a consultation room has 2 iTero scanners as well as digital OPG CEPH and PA machines. 
• CBCTs are taken at the practice using a mobile unit
• Dental Monitoring is offered for both fixed and aligner treatments and the practice is a member of TIO
• The practice receives a high volume of leads consistently and converts well due to the reputation of the clinic and high-quality patient care leading to their 5* Google rating
• Based just outside of the city centre the practice benefits from being easily accessible by road with free parking onsite and is just a short distance from the train station
• Lincoln Orthodontics offers services such as Invisalign Angel Aligners metal braces ceramic fixed and removable retainers. 
• Both adults and childrens services are offered including early treatment from 8 / 9 years old.
• Both palatal and buccal TADs are utilized commonly and a soft-tissue laser is used for finer detailing of the gingival display.  Teaching can be offered on these techniques if the applicant is lacking experience.

This role is ideal for a GDC registered Specialist Orthodontist skilled in both fixed and aligners looking to join a busy private clinic providing a fantastic patient experience and contributing in maintaining the clinics fantastic reputation which has been established over many years.
