Job Summary
Do you have a passion for the earliest stages of child development
We are seeking dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Practitioners with a specific love for baby room care to support our partner nurseries in the beautiful LS29 area. There is nothing more rewarding than supporting a childs first milestones and we need specialists who understand the unique needs of infants aged 02 years.

Job Description
Specialist Care: Provide nurturing high-quality care specifically for babies ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Developmental Support: Lead sensory play tummy time and age-appropriate EYFS activities to spark early curiosity.
Routine Management: Manage sensitive feeding and sleep routines with precision and care.
Communication: Build strong trusting bonds with parents providing detailed feedback on their childs day.
Safety & Standards: Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards within the baby suite.
Requirements
Requirements
Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years.
Baby Room Experience: At least 3 months of recent experience specifically within a UK Private Day Nursery (PVI) baby room.
The "LS29 Ready" Mindset: Reliable professional and ready for a 7:00 AM booking call on your available days.
Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply immediately).
References: Ability to provide two professional childcare-related references.

Required Skills:
Skills: Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a proactive can-do attitude. Experience: Recent PVI nursery experience (school-only experience is not suitable). Availability: At least one full day (8am-6pm) of availability per week. Ethics: A passion for inclusive practice and high standards of cleanliness.
