This team is critical to the success of the business its responsible for the strategy behind our existing range of products whilst also developing new products. The team is known for being fast paced high energy and passionate about delivering strong outcomes.
What will you be doing
- Administrative Support: Manage diaries schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for at least 3 senior team members (Co-head of Retail Strategy Director and Marketing Director)
- Meeting Coordination: Organise team meetings take minutes and track action items to ensure timely follow-up
- Expense & Budget Support: Process expense claims and assist with budget monitoring for team activities
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute team events workshops and offsites
- Ad hoc project support: Help support on small but important projects for the team
Qualifications :
Ideally youll have:
Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to stakeholder engagement
High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
