Serving industries such as construction infrastructure forestry mining and industrial services were looking for a driven and customer-focused Rentals & Sales Representative to grow our presence in Terrace and the surrounding region.


The Opportunity

This role is responsible for driving new business growth while developing long-term customer relationships for compact and heavy construction equipment rentals and sales. Success in this position comes from being visible in the market understanding jobsite needs and consistently delivering the right equipment solutions.

What Youll Do

  • Develop new customer relationships while expanding business with existing accounts in Terrace

  • Promote and sell rental and purchase solutions for compact and heavy construction equipment

  • Actively identify and pursue new opportunities through site visits referrals and networking

  • Conduct jobsite assessments equipment demonstrations and customer presentations

  • Prepare quotes rental agreements and sales orders

  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records

  • Collaborate with service rental and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Represent Williams Machinery as a trusted equipment partner in the local market


What You Bring

  • 35 years of B2B sales experience (equipment construction or industrial experience preferred)

  • Strong communication relationship-building and closing skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a regional market

  • Results-driven mindset with a customer-first approach

  • Valid drivers license and comfort with local travel

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Terrace BC
