DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
- Review and validate all eInvoice configurations created by the Professional Services Engineer against the approved specification and customer requirements
- Execute end-to-end QA on eInvoice workflows including preprocessing rules error conditions special cases and file-handling logic
- Validate email notifications for eInvoice workflows including recipients content triggers file delivery paths schedules and naming conventions
- Test and verify all standard ServiceChannel data feeds (Location Location Notes User Asset PO/Work Order feeds) for structure mapping and successful processing
- Review and confirm file structure content and logic across XML JSON CSV TXT and other supported formats
- Execute positive and negative test cases to validate error handling and edge case behavior
- Document defects inconsistencies and improvement needs in Jira with clear reproduction steps and recommended corrections
- Collaborate with Engineers PMs Senior PMs and Technical Consultants to re-test fixes and confirm readiness for deployment
- Maintain QA test plans test cases and validation checklists
- Identify opportunities to enhance QA coverage automation and validation standards
Skill and Qualification Requirements:
- English proficiency
- Strong understanding of data structures file processing and SaaS technical workflows
- 2 years experience in QA technical support or data validation role
- Working knowledge of XML JSON CSV TXT formats
- Experience with QA methodologies test case creation and defect tracking
- SQL literacy (querying validation auditing)
- Advanced Excel and data validation skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent QA cycles
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Collaborative mindset working across global teams
