Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials (sheet coil pipe tube angle channel GI materials etc.).
Perform in-process and pre-dispatch inspection (PDI) of fabricated painted and coated items.
Verify Supplier MTCs and ensure compliance with IS/ISO/ASTM standards.
Handle customer complaints using CAPA and 8D methodology.
Review engineering drawings ECNs and quality documents (QAP SOP PFD OPL).
Perform lab testing (UTM hardness spectrometer chemical & mechanical testing).
Ensure calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
Monitor fabrication and welding quality defect analysis and control.
Maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation and compliance.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication welding painting and galvanizing processes.
Familiarity with IS ISO ASTM standards relevant to manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and SAP.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical ability problem-solving skills and decision-making approach.
Professional appearance and presentation skills.
Required Skills:
