Job Description:
As an Account Executive at BlakBear you will manage the full sales cycle for UK and European deals working closely with the CEO and CRO. Youll build enterprise relationships apply critical thinking to deals and run outbound campaigns to drive growth for an innovative food tech company on a mission to end food waste.

What you will do:
Manage the complete sales cycle for new UK and European deals from discovery to closing.
Build and advance relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise accounts.
Run targeted outbound sales campaigns and support marketing and product initiatives.
The ideal candidate:
48 years of technical sales experience within the food industry (software equipment ingredients or testing).
Strong interpersonal skills well-organized and tech-savvy with sales systems like HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
Ambitious flexible motivated by a bigger mission and able to start in early January 2026.
