Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) youll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team. Youll take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility.
Every day youll manage care for multiple patients adapting to physician availability on-site and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.
Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others work efficiently and your empathy for our patients.
- GENERAL CARE-Uses appropriate knowledge and skills in the care & interaction with customers across the age continuum.
- Performs care according to hospital / departmental policies & procedures.
- PATIENT EVALUATION-Assists physician in administration of patient evaluation according to clinic policy.
- Accurately records subjective information and vital signs.
- Attentively listens to the patients chief complaints and incorporates them into the record.
- Records patient allergies and medication incompatibilities.
Job Requirements
Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed Practical Nurse: AR upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR within 30 Days and
